What’s made this subscription popular over the years is a vast network of flat-rate vacation rentals. These private properties consist of mostly condos, cabins, villas and townhouses in the most sought-after vacation destinations around the world. We created a currency for our members to redeem their benefits called “Star Credits”. You may exchange your Star Credits for a variety of travel benefits, including condominium accommodations, travel season upgrades, additional bedroom upgrades, cruise exchange and finally, our tour exchange program. Star Credits are mandatory for some services and optional for your upgrades. You decide if you’d like to redeem your star credits individually for more opportunities or together for one incredible adventure at an even better value.

Many of our properties have on-site amenities such as pools, golf courses, ski lifts, kids clubs and more.
If you’re dissatisfied with your accommodations for any reason, contact our customer service center immediately and we’ll either rectify the problem while you’re there or refund your star credit.

Important Things To Note:
Specific resorts are not guaranteed. Our member inventory is booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Members may book rental weeks consecutively and/or concurrently.
Members may travel to any non-continental US destination for an additional upgrade fee of $275 for the entire stay. This upgrade fee can be waived anytime by using a Star Credit. This includes Hawaii and Alaska.
Members should be flexible with expectations of available daily inventory. With tens of thousands of weeks available to book, members may also access our “waiting list” feature and will be offered first right of refusal on properties that become available for future dates.

Value Season
A Value Week is any stay during the off-season for that particular area, and these can vary greatly. For example, If you were looking to go to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, you would find that the Value season is September through March, while the Value season for The Canary Islands off the coast of Northern Africa takes place from November through May.
Peak Season
Peak season is typically on times of the year when kids are out of school for holiday breaks, summertime and special events. You may book during Peak season and when you do, that week will be referred to as a “Peak Week.” Members may upgrade their stay to Peak season for an additional fee of $350. This fee can also be waived with the use of a Star Credit. When you are booking the stay on our website, you’ll have the option to select additional stars to waive any of our upgrade fees.

New! This feature is exclusive to VIP members only. Global now offers the ability to book concurrent and /or consecutive weeks. With this powerful new features, you can choose between thousands of options to book a monthly stay. VIP members can use star credits to book up to four consecutive weeks at a time in the same unit.

We also offer bonus inventory options in the form of our “Expressway Weeks” and our “Special Buys.” An Expressway Week is a week that has not been booked within 60 days to its due date at a particular location. These weeks can be used with an expressway credit; a special gift to our members that allow them to book a short notice getaway and not have to use their star credits. A Special Buy is a week at one of our numerous condos that comes at a reduced rate and a reduced star credit cost.

Season

If You Were Wondering..
Condo Details
A star credit condominium is located within a resort destination and comes in several sizes—studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom—offering all the comforts of home. These spacious accommodations provide our members kitchens (mini up to full-sized), living rooms, full bathrooms and cable televisions. Most have washer and dryers at the resort or within the unit for guests’ convenience. You’ll find your accommodations clean and orderly. Most will come with a Starter Kit of supplies, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one or two trash liners per can, one roll of paper towels, bath soaps and single use dishwasher or dish soap. The guests are responsible for replenishing the week’s-worth of supplies, typically available at nearby grocery or convenience stores.
Upgrade options
Members may also upgrade the size of their unit from the standard studio/one bedroom to a two, three or even a four bedroom unit. Each additional bedroom will cost an additional $189 for the week. Each additional bedroom upgrade fee can also be waived with individual Star Credits.
Wait List
Security Deposit
In order to protect the quality of our properties, we require a $200 security deposit when reserving one of our star credit condo properties. Your security deposit is fully refundable as follows. By check, refunds are issued 14 days after checkout if there are no damages to the condominium and nothing is missing. By credit card, we only charge to cover damages or missing items.
Star Credit Rules
Star Credits are only valid if your annual Activity Fee is current. Star Credits are valid for 12 months from your Anniversary Date. Star Credits must be applied to travel within the membership year, and travel must be completed within that membership year. Unused Star Credits expire on your annual Anniversary Date and cannot be accumulated or carried over to another membership year. Whenever two or more fees apply, the Star Credit will be applied toward the higher fee. Star Credits cannot be used to waive Processing Fees. Star Credits can only be used for Vacation Weeks, Expressway Weeks, Cruise Exchange vacations, and Tour Exchange vacations.
